Chicken Fries?

It's not often that a commercial makes me sit up and say immediately "I want that." At best, I'll say “that looks kinda cool” or “what a good commerical”. But then last night I was laying on the couch and I saw an ad for Burger King's new chicken fries. I don't think I've ever eaten at Burger King in my life, but right away I sat up and thought "where's the closest BK?" Chicken fries: what a fascinating yet simultaneously sort of gross idea. It looks like they're basically chicken fingers in a fries container with dipping sauce built in. If so, they'll be awesome, and the marketing person who said "hey, let's separate ourselves by calling chicken fingers chicken fries" is a genius. But if they're processed chicken just cooked like a fry, that could be disgusting. Either way I'll be trying them, and I think the built-in dipping sauce idea is going to spread like wildfire, mark my words.

(Also, notice that on the Burger King website, Care Bears and Transformers are the new toys being offered. Apparently it's 1987 and no one told me.)

Yes thats basically exactly what they are.......along with being the most delicious thing currently offered at a fast food restaurant.

Craziest thing though, you can still get the original chicken tenders. Buy both and compare them!

    two things:
-we had chicken fries at my high school cafeteria and they were radioactive and i loved them. clutch.
-that commercial scares the shit out of me. i already have a growingly unnatural ware of birds, but that shit scares me big time. the masks are the creepiest things ever and they have started appearing in my dreams. especially the one with trump and the seven-foot-tall mailbox that comes around every week or so. not good.
